WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Accurate-Mag payment by VISA and Mastercard, either by phone or secure email. Our Order form is located on our home page, this can be filled out and be submitted electronically, BUT must be filled out in fill or else the transaction will not be completed. Or can be printed out and faxed over.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
In stock items are packaged and shipped within one to three business days (M-F). Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order.
All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via UPS ground, a flat 10 dollar rate will be added to your purchase as of sept 1, 2010. And will be shipped ground, unless specified something else. In that case our team will make sure that our customers needs are met.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
While many of our products are available at any given time. Due to the wide variety of items we carry along with heavy demand it is difficult to list what may be out of stock at any given time. We will take backorders, however, on any out of stock products and will send partial shipments as items come off backorder. We do not charge any extra costs for multiple shipments and your credit card will not be charged for an item until that item ships. However, you may see card authorizations which are only used to check for available funds.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 14-day return policy on all Accurate-Mag products to allow the user sufficient time to field test the gear in the environment of their choosing. If you find a newly purchased piece of gear unsatisfactory please send it back for a full refund. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, however in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
To make a return, please take the following steps:

Send the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in a small box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain a tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.
Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for warranty returns).
Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. Shipping charges will be refunded if we sent the wrong item, or if the item we sent was defective or damaged upon arrival.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere.
